Last year, 2015, was one of the best in a long, long while. I felt more comfortable with my job. The travel bug got re-ignited in me. I was in the best place I’ve been in years. I was on top of the world. And then, when I thought my life couldn’t be any better, I fell in love with the absolute most amazing man. We have so much in common, and so many common goals, yet are still different enough to keep things interesting.
Last year, I made my way around. I went on my first solo trip to a place I’ve been dreaming about forever – Puerto Rico. I explored “my own backyard”, visiting Arizona with my mom, El Paso and New Mexico and Florida with my boyfriend, Las Vegas with my girlfriends, and San Diego with some old friends who’s meeting has been long overdue.
And now in 2016, I have a passport! Possibilities are endless. The world is literally in my hands. I got a fancy new camera, I’m going to fun new destinations. I can’t wait to share these experiences.
